Supported by Hanban,5P training program has been successfully held by our college from Jul.20th ,2009 to Aug.14th,2009. teachers from middle schools have attended this program. This program has divided into two parts, the first training week is training to be a trainer, the trainees are 28 teachers from Universities. the last three training weeks is training to be a Chinese teacher teaching overseas, the trainees are 61 teachers from middle schools.

The trainers of this program are all from universities or high schools of USA, invited by Hanban. They have studied on SLA for many years, obtain advanced teaching theories as well as rich experience.

This train program has taken 5P as its training model. 5P including Preview, Presentation, Problem-solving, Practice, Performance.

During the training, we assisted teaching as well as well-prepared the accommodation, dining，activities such as sports meeting，Enhanced cohesion among the trainees. The Class teachers are 24 hours on duty,to ensure that the trainees encounter problems can be solved imediately.

Through the training, trainees can further learn the advanced theories and teaching experiences from the overseas teachers. This training is an effective explore for the mode of training teachers，help need the urgent demand for qualified Chinese teachers teaching overseas.
