The Chinese Language Learning Class for Foreigners in Maizidian Sub-district which is organized by Beijing International Chinese College held the opening ceremony at Zaoyingbeili Community Service Center in Maizidian Sub-district in April 28, 2010. Vice President of Beijing International Chinese College  Qiao Shuping attended the opening ceremony, gave a general introduction of our college to students, and gave audio books to the class as presents. Vice Director of Maizidian Sub-District Office Liu Hong gave a speech.

The first term of the class has 22 students who are all foreign residents in Maizidian Sub-district. Besides language learning course, we also offer Chinese culture courses, such as paper cutting, Chinese knots, calligraphy and Taichi. BICC has chosen four professional teachers for the class, and Assistant Director of Teaching Affairs Yan Jiai will be the Class Headteacher.
